Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer priority shipping the cost of which is $7. At this time, we are only shipping within the United States. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order and ship via USPS or UPS.

All orders are fulfilled Monday-Thursday, excluding weekends and holidays. Packages will arrive between 3-5 days once shipped. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and/or bad weather. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier.

If an address error is made please email us within 4 hours of receiving your confirmation email. Once orders are processed for shipment no changes can be made. 

TRACKING

You will receive tracking information via email when the shipping label is created. To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Alke-Bulan Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-275-8777. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS

Both USPS and UPS are experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19.  As a result of this, your package may have a delivery delay.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on our products. In the unlikely event there is a manufacturer defect or any other quality issues beyond the customer's control, please contact us within three days of delivery to exchange or receive a store credit.  Please allow up to three business days for a response.

Each product is fully inspected prior to shipment. If a product arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within three days of delivery.
